A community for Executive / PERSONAL ASSISTANTS in EducatioN

The first group in Australia to exclusively support EAs/PAs in Education through workshops, discussions, and events

There are plenty of networks for EAs/PAs in the corporate world, but none that focused purely on the unique demands of assistants working in education—until now. As an Education EA myself, I understand the complexities and often isolating nature of the role. EAs in Education was established to form a strong community to network, support and learn from one another, filling a void for like-minded EAs/PAs to connect, learn, and grow.

If you’re an EA or PA in the education space, we’re sure you will fit right in.

EAs in Education- 2024 Program

Our affordable program is often sponsored by our members’ schools. We offer both membership and casual options, with two specialist online workshops each term. You’ll also have opportunities to connect on a more personal level for support from people who understand your role, as well as exclusive access to our private membership discussion groups.

Programs and networking for EAs in Education

Our 12-month program includes eight online workshops (two per term), where we hear from special guest speakers on relevant topics, as well as connecting on a more personal level to share our experiences.

Membership is intentionally very affordable, and many of our members are sponsored by their schools.

 Hi, I’m Kristine NiveN

Education EA, founder of EAs in Education, and eternal optimist.

As an Executive Assistant to the Associate Principal at St Margaret's Berwick Grammar School, I have a deep understanding of the role and what it takes. I truly love getting to know people and their stories - gaining a sense of what motivates, inspires and drives them.

This allows us to build strong working and personal relationships with a diverse range of people, within the school environment and beyond.

  • “Being a part of EAs in Education enables me to feel connected and supported. The professional learning program is tailored with an understanding of the unique challenges EAs in Education face daily. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with other EAs nationally and thank Kristine for all her work to build this wonderful community”

Tanya Fox, Padua College (2023 Program Participant)

  • “Being part of numerous PA/EA/Admin groups, none seemed to fit what I was looking for as an education-based PA. This was until the EAs in Education was created by Kristine! Joining the 2023 program was happily granted by my College due to the affordability and excellent agenda for the year, and it has been informative, eye-opening and collegial. I am looking forward to being part of the program in 2024 and seeing what amazing speakers Kris brings to the group this time around!”

Leanne Carty, Overnewton Anglican Community College (2023 program participant)

  • “Working as an EA /PA in Education can be isolating. Not many people understand what your day consists of and how you spend your time. Kristine has acknowledged this lack of connection and understanding.”

    Jo, current member

  • “Thank you! What a great community group you have set up for likeminded EAs in the education industry. This is definitively an untapped marked and I hope more people see its potential and join.”

    Annemarie, current group member

  • “Thank you again!! It’s been so affirming to meet others in the same role as myself, with the same issues, fears, complexities and questions.”

    Peta, current group member
